The Diario Alimentare service ("App") is provided by Federico Benedetti, VAT ID 02848690414 ("Provider").
The App allows users to log meals, photos, and emotional states related to eating habits, with the option to share data in read-only mode with a healthcare practitioner.
An account is required to use the App. Registration is available via email (OTP), Google, or Apple. Users are responsible for the security of their login credentials.
Using the App requires an account and an internet connection: all data is stored in encrypted form on our servers and there is no local-only mode. When you sign up you get 3 days of full access at no cost; after that, a subscription is required to keep logging meals, while meals already logged remain viewable. Available plans, prices, and durations are listed on the subscription page.
The initial 3-day trial requires no payment method, does not renew, and never results in a charge. If the plan you choose additionally includes a free trial offered by the App Store or Google Play, at the end of that period the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before it expires.
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime through device settings (App Store or Google Play). No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Users retain ownership of all content they create (text, photos, emotional data). The Provider does not access user content except to provide the service.
The App does not constitute medical or nutritional advice. Users should consult a healthcare professional for decisions regarding their diet and health.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be communicated through the App.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Pesaro.
